Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Lux Glow Skin Care is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and not warranties.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return credit, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging, instructions, and proof of purchase. Items that have been used, altered, or returned without proper documentation may be denied a credit at our sole discretion.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not accept responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
